We use the most up-to-date time management software to record exactly how much time we have spent on your business and and precisely which tasks we have worked on. You will receive an itemised report with each invoice so that you can rest assured that your tasks are prioritised and actioned in a fair and reasonable timeframe. Because we are managing multiple clients on a daily basis, we schedule our work accordingly so that we will never be working on more than one business at once. Meaning, you will have our undivided attention in the time allocated to your activities!
Yes! We conduct all of our work from our offices in Carrum Downs, which is fully equipped to service all of your needs. We employ the use of technology such as FaceTime and Microsoft Teams as required to stay in touch. However, if you are Melbourne, based we are able to meet with you by appointment upon request
We aim to have a first draft returned within 3-5 business days of your agreement to commence work.
If you require your resume and/or cover letter any sooner than the minimum turn around time of 3 business days, a one off priority fee of $80 will apply (in addition to your service). Please let us know if your application has an urgent cut off date as soon as possible.
Of course! Our priority is making sure that you are 100% happy with the final product. One round of edits will be complimentary. Any edits thereafter will be at an additional fee of $50 per hour (1 hour minimum)
At the moment, we only offer direct bank transfer. Other payment options will be considered moving forward.
